Our Big Vacation

Are we there yet? This is how Blake fell asleep on the way to Yellowstone. It was so unusuall I had to take a picture.

Our picnic at Yellowstone Park. The birds wanted our food. and Bryan wanted to go fishing in the river.

This is us walking around at Yellowstone. Bryan and Blake call it the stinky place.

We did get to see Old Faithful go off. The boys thought it was a volcanoe. Caleb wanted to walk out there.

This is on our way through Cody, WY. We stopped at the Buffalo Bill Resevoir Dam. It is a long way down. (I'm afraid of heights and I didn't like being to close to the edge.)

Our Big Vacation 2

The Coveted "bunk beds". Bryan and Blake fought over who got to be on top. Bryan won.

This is our KOA cabin that we stayed in at Greybull. It was really nice and cozy. Blake called it our Lincoln Log Cabin. It was lots of fun.

We went to a Dinosouar Tracksite in SHell. It was really hard to see the actual footprints of dinosouars in the rock, but they say they are there.

Mount Rushmore! We went with Kim and Trent. We all had lots of fun. Shilo really liked the Black Hills.

The Machine park in Gillette, Wy. It started raining, so we didn't stay long. We miss KIM's family. We had to hear "I want Kristie" for about 30 min. when we left! The drive home was long, and we had moments of screaming, but we were so glad to be back.

All about Blake

Blake saw the pictures of Bryan's t-ball and asked "Where are the pictures of me?" So I am making a blog all about Blake. Here he is at the Ammon park on Easter weekend.

Blake being silly in the pool. He has a ball full of water that he is squishing to his head.

Shilo and Blake on Grandpa Bingham's tractor.

Here is Blake's silly face. Last night we were talking about Bryan starting kindergarten in Aug. and Blake said "I'm going to miss Bryan." He wishes that he could play t-ball too. In a couple of years he will be able to do fun things like Bryan.

Shilo's gardens!!!

This year Shilo wanted a big garden, only it is located in 4 different areas around our yard. (Shilo always likes to do things BIG!)
This is Shilo's pride and joy! His strawberries. These plants are 12-14 inches tall. They have lots of blooms this year and we will get lots of berries.

Shilo likes stawberries so much that he ordered about 175 more plants. They are really small right now, but next year we will have them comming out our ears.

This is Bryan standing behind the shop. He is standing by our black raspberries, (and one purple raspberry) plants. In the back is 7 rows of peas.

This is our main garden plot. We have 4 rows of potatoes (red and yukon gold). Then there are 3 rows of bean, but some bug ate most of them. Then we have onions, broccoli, and lettuce. This picture doesn't show it, but now there are 8 tomatoe plants. Then we have 1 row of a white pumpkin, and one row of a orange pumpkins. By the cow pasture is two rows of raspberries.

Caleb always finds the water and mud. I change his clothes at least twice a day. But he loves it outside.

We also have by the east side of the shop, where the goats were, are 7 rows of corn. but i don't have a picture yet. they are just coming up. We also planted rhubarb and 4 watermelon plants. (I told you shilo does things BIG!)

It is alot of work, especially weeding, but we will enjoy the food. I can't wait for my family to come on the 4th of July because it all should be coming up really good by then.

T-ball (again)

(I'm trying this blogging thing again.) Bryan playing T-Ball this summer.

This is him on first base by his coach. They have to stand and tell them when to run.

Bryan said that his favorite part is hitting the ball.
